We extended by one night after seeing how hospitable the staff was in this lovely location. Mr Raju and his staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also took a Strawberry Jam making class conducted by a patient and friendly Shabi. The snow machine at Xmas was a fun surprise. Truly recommend this property.

Free Wi-Fi access is available in all the hotel rooms. Very cozy, clean, and makes you feel home. Staff are super nice and helpful. Would definitely come back.

The Bala's Holiday Chalet is located in Cameron Highlands, a 5-minute drive from Tanah Rata Town. The staff were very kind and attentive, the vibes were immaculate, the view was gorgeous, the price was reasonable for the service, the room was cozy, and the food was amazing. If anything, I love how secluded and calm it is here, it truly is one of the best getaways I've been to. Thank you Bala's Holiday Chalet for hosting, you've been so accommodating and we loved it all. We hope to visit again in the future!

The Lakehouse Cameron Highlands Resort is 1 km above sea level and overlooks Sultan Abu Bakar Lake. The nearest town, Ipoh, is a 90-minute drive away, while Kuala Lumpur is a 3-hour drive away. I stayed in the Lakehouse 2 years before and stated this is the best place I ever stayed in away from home. Last year they were (unfortunately) closed due to renovations so I could only revisit this year. My opinion has not changed: its location outside of the towns of Ringlet and Tanah Rata, the impeccable staff, excellent restaurant, resting facilities, garden, rooms, it is a 100% thumbs up for me.

In addition to the cool climate, the boutique hotel features a library, a landscaped garden and dining options. The breakfast was superb, the location ideal for walking around the area. The rooms were comfortable and the staff very pleasant and helpful with directions to places around.

Beautiful room, so comfortable. Amazing location 5 minute walk from the bus terminal. Very easy to order Grabs to visit the surrounding area. Nice breakfast in the morning.
