Customer service was exceptional. There was no language barrier as the staff spoke English, and they were very accommodating when we had inquiries. They even lent us an adapter at no extra cost. 2. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was an air purifier. The ambiance, interior design, and decorations had a relaxing vibe. 3. The Nespresso was a pleasant surprise!
