Simple cottages that have everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the shower is great. The owners are friendly, responsive, professional, and very helpful. The vending machine has many options and there is complimentary laundry onsite. Overall, a great stay and I would come back again.

Private parking is provided on site and free WiFi is available in all rooms. Beautiful hotel that conveyed the essence of the culture and the layout of the room was perfect. Staff was amazing and hospitable. We selected the breakfast to be included and it exceeded our expectations. It made our experience!

Situated in Yakushima, within 8.4 km of Shiratani Unsuikyo and 36 km of Yakusugi Land, Wa no Cottage Sen-no-ie features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The 3-star guest house is less than 1 km from Scuba Diving Ever Blue Yakushima. The guest house has family rooms. An absolutely amazing place to stay in Miyanoura area. The room was very spacious and had everything you might need, and the traditional bath elevated the experience even further. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We hope to come back to Yakushima and to Sen-no-Ie in particular (¬‿¬)

Perfectly located with a view of Sakurajima, just 10 minutes from the Sakurajima ferry, aquarium, and the high-speed boat terminal to Yakushima. It’s also around 15 minutes on foot from Tenmonkan and the lively bar and izakaya streets. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent – with both traditional Japanese and Western options to choose from. Highly recommended to everyone – we only wish we could have stayed longer!

A lovely hotel that is so well located that it is an ideal base to explore the city. I was surprised by the attentive and professional front desk staff, who did all possible to help and assist guests, including calling a bus company to reserve a place. Breakfast was very good and the staff, so friendly and go out of their way to ensure guests can find what they want. Super view from the room

Photocopying and luggage storage services are offered at the front desk. Very clean and respectful staff. There are no women onsen or sauna but they offered bedrock bath which was excellent. Good access to the trams and tenmonkan area too.

Its modern rooms impress with a 4-star decor and a spacious shower room with a bathtub. Free WiFi is available throughout the premises. Very nice view over the city, right in front of the Kagoshima Chuo Shinkansen station, overly respectful staff and very clean room. The bed was really soft and the pillows are the best. Toilet & Bathroom are separated and wide enough. Overall great quality/price.
