The location was great since it was just 2 blocks away from the Watanabe-Dori station and around 15 mins away from Tenjin station. There was a Family Mart across and a 711 a few blocks away. It's also walking distance from major malls in the Tenjin area such as Mitsukoshi and Daimaru. There's even a hospital across the building. You can also walk from the hotel to the Nakasu food stalls or Canal City. The hotel room was more spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. There were also free amenities such as hair brushes, hair ties, cotton swabs/pads, bath wipe, as well as unlimited coffee and tea at the lobby. The ice machine and vending machine at the lobby was also convenient if you prefer to drink in your rooms. The breakfast area was large, although the actual food options were a bit limited considering the size of the hotel. Still, the food options changed each day and the actual meals were quite delicious. The staff was also very accommodating and made a lot of effort to make sure that the guests were comfortable during their stay. We had a great stay and will consider booking here again if we return to Fukuoka.

Last week, we had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite hotel to celebrate my mother’s 75th birthday, marking her first ever visit to Japan. The staff at the hotel exemplified professionalism, generosity, and a remarkable friendliness, truly embodying the esteemed Japanese spirit of hospitality.
The facilities were impeccably maintained, leaving no room for complaint. Our accommodations were flawless, complete with hot water, substantial pressure, and meticulous cleaning services. Every corner of the hotel, from the diverse restaurants and cafés to the laundry and housekeeping services, showcased top-tier excellence.
As Americans, we are accustomed to a certain standard of service, yet the hospitality extended to us here surpassed our expectations, and indeed, American service standards, by a substantial margin. The hotel staff’s thoughtful gestures, particularly the beautifully crafted gift presented to my mother at the restaurant, did not go unnoticed. The culinary delights, ranging from exceptional Chinese cuisine to traditionally served Japanese dishes, were a feast for the senses, complemented by stunning views from the top-floor Japanese restaurant.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the unparalleled level of service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, demonstrating kindness and a willingness to help at every turn. This, above all, has instilled in us a fervent desire to return in the near future.
In summary, our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel provided a perfect backdrop to our celebration, leaving us with cherished memories and a profound appreciation for the genuine hospitality that is the hallmark of this wonderful country.

Location is great, just about 2 minutes walk to Kushida Shrine Station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for sleeping. It was so sweet that the hotel prepared a little surprise for our honeymoon. Also I love that they have Nespresso coffee in our room!!
Lovely hotel. Great location.
The room has everything, e.g., TV, sofas, and an air purifier. The shower room is nice and clean, and the water pressure is decent. The bed is also very lovely and soft. The location is really great, as it is close to the train station.
The public bath is very good and relaxing Many good restaurants and shops nearby so no worries for finding eats
A nice house in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood, only a few minutes from the (great and at our time empty) beach and train station. It felt like a family home, not very new, but very cozy. We had a lovely and relaxing stay. Nice details like a usb charging station, very pretty japanese tableware or a japanese teapot.
I got super lucky because when I arrived there was a street festival happening, so there was lots going on and it felt super fun. The hotel was just what I wanted, central and easy to reach from the ferry terminal. My room was small, but it was enough for a place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was ok. The staff were lovely and helpful. I thought I had booked a room with a canal view, but it was not to be.
Really, really liked this hotel. It was so lovely, the room was immaculate. The room was really well thought out with the shelving placement. The cafe downstairs was really relaxing and being surrounded by books was novel.
We have gotten an upgrade as we were on Honeymoon. The Tatami room is quite spacious and well decorated. We felt at ease and enjoyed the atmosphere.
Super comfortable large beds with nice decor. The room had real glasses and china cups with a little sofa, table and stool which I appreciate. Tea, drip coffee and water were also provided. The breakfast was superb, freshly made, varied and delicious :-) The whole hotel smelled lovely and the communal bath on the top floor was relaxing. Excellent location to anything thing that you want, super quick and easy to the airport and near to the famous street food stalls and shops.
