Opened in July 2017, Hiyori Hotel Maihama is located a 8-minute drive from Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. Free shuttle bus service is available between the Hotel and JR Maihama Station every day. Free WiFi is provided in all rooms. The hotel was really clean and the staff is very polite. We really enjoy foot massage.

The property boasts a spacious public bath on the highest floor, which features scenic views. The hotel had a free bus shuttle to and from Disney SEA and Disneyland. The staff will give you a print-out of the timetable for the bus ride and sure enough it will be on time. The hotel also had a Natural Lawson and some gachapon machines at the lobby, very convenient. They also have a bath at the top level with specific time, separated to male and female. Laundry(coin-operated and first-come, first-serve) best to go late at night, and microwave(also outside the Lawson). You can also help yourself to free toiletries at the lobby elevator area(combs, shaving kit, q-tips, toothbrush). I enjoyed walking around wearing the hotel-provided PJs. They have manga/manhwa near the bath place. There is a children's area opposite the front desk, water station and seats for waiting in the lobby. Also, if you want change for your 10k yen just approach the front desk and they will gladly change to 1k's etc. I recommend 3 days and 2 nights.

Got an upgraded room. Was very large and clean. Great food. Excellent hotel.

The staffs are so kind, the hotel is very near to makuhari messe and kaihin makuhari station. The room is very comfy to stay and i did not have a problem with it at all!

My kid loved the family room with bunker bed. The beds were comfy and clean. Great staffs. Very helpful. They have very nice view in the breakfast room. The breakfast was nice too.
