The concierge team made dinner reservations and made great recommendations for lunch. I enjoyed the food immensely in Venice, and the staff helped us find the best there was to offer in the area. The bartender was kind and knowledgeable about the specials and made great suggestion. The concierge staff also set up our voyage to Murano, an experience I will never forget. Upon check-out, the staff arranged airport transfer and made sure we left on time and with water to keep us cool.
