Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Location was second to none, on the most incredible, authentic Roman street. Full of shops, delicious restaurants and everyday Roman hustle and bustle. Loved every minute. So much to see, the Piazza, 5 mins from the Pantheon, 10 from Trevi, 25 from Vatican - all by foot. It was away from the throngs of people but still in the thick of everything The hotel was just beautiful - Jean is an exceptional host and the room was absolutely spotless - as a female solo traveller I felt exceptionally safe. The hotel is an old Italian townhouse with bags of character - so there are stairs etc, leading to the most beautiful little roof terrace. If and when I return to Rome, this is where I will be staying. Thank you Jean for making me feel so welcome and for a truly magical weekend.
