The place is easy to reach (by car) and extremely convenient for both Arona on Lake Maggiore and Orta lake. Only the last few hundred meters are in a narrow road in the forest but we never had any issue with it and it´s very well kept. The room was comfortable and clean and the balcony also very pleasant.
