Villa Anfitrite is located on a hilltop and it offers panoramic views of the bay and the coast. It is set in Positano, 300 metres from Spiaggia del Fornillo and 600 metres from Positano Port. Amazing views and service. Great owner! Hats off to them for making us feel taken care of.

We had such a lovely stay, the location is great, lovely local shop just downstairs, it's also very close to all the nice restaurants and near the vespa hire shop as well. The buildiing is recently renovated (or perhaps built?) to a high standard of comfort. The interior is decorated with taste and local touches. The view from the balcony was magnificent - exactly as beautiful as in the photos. We specially liked seeing both the sea and the mountains from the room. The breakfast (we ordered the salty version) was of excellent quality and generous - eggs, cold meats, breads, tomatoes and a little cheese, good capuccino. It was perfect for a long day of hiking and it allowed us to skip a full lunch. The owner and the staff are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend visiting Amalfi in the off-season. It is a pleasure to see the sights without the crush of the summer tourist season and Amalfi reverts to being a normal town.
