The common kitchen is super nice, well equipped, and a good place to talk with Anna. Breakfast was wonderful. And, there is a hot tub for guests.

Exceptional! After a long drive, we checked into our beautiful apartment and were able to chill in the lagoon. The hosts let me check in earlier- that was very kind of them! Beautiful rooms with a shared kitchen. Super calm at night. I loved strolling around. Strongly recommend!

The White House Inn was just perfect for our group trip and I will definitely return. If you’re looking for a place it feels like home away from home this is it.

Featuring a bar and shared lounge, Hótel Laugarvatn is 15 minutes’ drive from Thingvellir National Park. WiFi and parking are free. I’m going to try and mention everyone here- Maria, Marija, Filip, Bisera, and Dina- absolutely amazing team! Love the customer service, their kindness and consideration, and their efforts in providing the best service for their guests! Hotel Laugarvatn is strategically located halfway in between Geysir, Gullfoss and Þingvellir National Park. It’s incredibly convenient to start your visit early and beat the crowd. Room was immaculate with huge glass window in case you’d like to spot sunset, sunrise, or even Aurora Borealis. Also floor heating in bathroom which makes it warm and comfy. Highly recommended and will visit again!
