The best part was Sous Chef Swarnendu, he was always there to explain and customize the dish if needed, not just once but every time we requested, especially making a consideration for my elderly parents. He made us feel as if we never left home. A special word of thanks to the engineering team, for helping with my dad’s medical equipment. Thanks to Lov & Ravi for the help with the bags. A major thank you to the house keeping staff, Shaktivel for keeping our all 3 of our rooms clean and well stocked.
