My favorite place at the Leela and the main reason for me to always go back there, is the buffet restaurant, where the staff and manager go beyond themselves to make everybody happy.

Just 1.7 km away from Mumbai Airport, it also has 8 dining options. Really liked the location of the property - close to the airport and close to where I had my business meetings. I was stuck one evening trying to get an Uber for a dinner I was going to. Arjun from ITC's team was extremely helpful in speaking to the Uber driver and guiding him with directions. The Uber could not reach the hotel because of the excessive traffic in that direction so I walked to a point where the Uber could reach easily. Arjun came along and waited with me till the Uber came. I really appreciate him taking the time & being considerate to help me out! Exceptional service :)
