Located 100 metres away from Huda City Centre Metro Station, Taj City Centre Gurugram offers luxurious accommodation, a swimming pool and 3 dining options. Rooms were lovely, clean, bathroom awesome!! Breakfast was good and the flute player was truly brilliant. Loved the peacock flower arrangement on lobby and water feature. All in all, great stay!! Taj- Surajkund Resort & Spa is an eco-friendly property surrounded by green trees and forest, designed on the concept of Baoli. An oasis of peace amidst all the chaos. Despite a little outside of Delhi, it was well worth the extra distance. Extremely clean, very polite staff, excellent breakfast and tasteful decoration. My wife and in laws who were visiting India for the first time absolutely loved it here.

Experience World-Class Luxury at Heritage Village Resort & Spa, Manesar – Gurgaon. The staff is exemplary, and do everything possible to fulfill your requests. The spa has great treatments. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the whole property is beautifully designed with stylish architecture and extensive outdoor grounds to enjoy time outdoors. There are live performances, sports and play activities for adults and children, and the food in the restaurants is of world class standard. The Japanese restaurant is particularly outstanding. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we had a wonderful stay!

Exceptional customer service. On my 1st day in India. I went to many ATM, only got through cash twice. However, my US bank emailed me to state I had 5 transactions. I had to contact my bank ASAP. But I could not make international collect call to reach them. I asked the hotel Duty Manager Mr. Suryakant Pandey to help. He kindly used his personal phone to call my bank directly and hold it for more than half a hour to wait for a representative to be available. Finally, I was able to talk to the bank representative. The problem was verified and solved! Very happy with the rarely found excellent customer service from Mr. Suryakant Pandey. His kind help was highly appreciated.
