Two days after leaving, I realized I had left a piece of clothing behind, and they proactively offered to mail it to me. The service at this hotel is excellent! The hotel gives a very elegant and strong countryside/classical vibe — simple yet very comfortable. The value for money is excellent! Villány is a quiet and pleasant place, and the wine is great. I hope to have the chance to return and stay at this hotel again!

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful forest, very clean, staff is polite, spa is magnificent, also the pools with warm water make you relax and reset. They even prepare the bed, plate and candy for our dog, we really enjoy it.

The staff was more than helpful (one of the most elegant and good manners person I ever met worked at the reception), the rooms are spacious and clean, parking is a huge help, breakfast was decent (but nothing to complain about the quality). It has an elevator (despite the fact that it is one floor building).
