The hotel provides you with water, coffee, tea. He gives you a box of cookies and a bottle of white wine. Wonderfully helpful and polite staff - very flexible and kind. The breakfast and the crew running the restaurant was amazing - the lunch menu great.

Elegantly decorated, the air-conditioned rooms at Palmyra are equipped with a satellite TV, mini fridge and hairdryer. All rooms also have free WiFi, a balcony and a private bathroom. Pretty much everything! Super clean and modern rooms with up to date furniture. Keycard system super high tech. Cleaning staff precise and fast! Reception is super kind and helpful, location is perfect. Breakfast was good enough. Shower by the pool had good water pressure. Loved our stay there! This hotel should be 4 starts, not 3!
