We loved everything about Pancratium. The views are incredible. The spacious, very comfortable room and the lovely bathroom were kept very clean, as was our outside terrace. Martha and Levteris were the most amazing, friendly and accommodating hosts who were incredibly helpful at all times. Martha gave us plenty of very helpful advice on the islands attractions and all the good restaurants too. The peaceful location away from the crowds was still well serviced by a lovely village with easy connections to all the sights. We really appreciated Levteris and Martha providing transfers wherever we wanted to go but there is also a great bus service. We would highly recommend Pancratium.

We booked the Lovebirds Suite and were delighted to be upgraded to the Honeymoon Suite — what an amazing surprise to start our stay! The suite was a true haven of peace with a magical view. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, every detail was so thoughtfully chosen. Full comfort in every corner: a super comfortable bed and pillows, Nespresso machine, high-quality amenities, plenty of space — and even a welcome bottle of wine that made us feel instantly special. Breakfast was another highlight — served personally on our private patio with the hot tub. Waking up to a breathtaking sunrise, wrapped in soft bathrobes, enjoying delicious food and the stunning sea right in front of us… it felt like pure bliss. The surroundings were unbelievably quiet — the sea like silk, no traffic, just complete stillness. It truly felt like we were living in a dream. Every moment in this suite was unforgettable and worth every second. We will absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a magical escape. The property is absolutely gorgeous, everything is very clean. The pool area is great and there is silence during nights. I definitely recommend it, even for a solo traveler because is safe and great.

Room with the pool really has a nice view, although because in early May still a bit cold, we didnot use the pool, but lay on the beach chair just seeing the see and the sky & cloud, quite relax. The breakfast is quite nice, for the first the restaurant staffs even explain to us what the specific food is, which is very uncommon. The staff in the front desk is quite nice and professional with nice smile. Although the hotel is not in the Fira town center, but in the quite place by 10 mins walking to the town bus station is quite convenient. As well, no need to carry the luggage to climb the step is adding points as the taxi can reach the entrance directly.
