I’m not going to lie, the hotel started out very rough to the point we almost left and got a different hotel on the island. We ended up talking to the general manager George who was very kind, helpful and patient, he was able to get us a different, quieter room, away from the kids. George and us worked through the problems and by the time we ended up leaving we have nothing but positive notes for the hotel. We went from never wanting to go back to wanting to tell all our friends about this specific hotel and why they should visit Mitsis Alila and no other hotel on the island. Many people confirmed it was the best hotel on the island, and I would have to agree. I will definitely go back. Big thank you to George, Zoi, the front desk manager I think Alex, the bellhop, and the floor manager, was not able to catch his name. All of them deserve raises.

The mattress was amazing, very clean room, great shower and they upgraded us for free. You can park right above the property which is very convenient especially for Lindos where there is usually no parking.

The location is very good, and the host is warm and kind.

Free WiFi access is available in all areas. Really good location, beach just a few steps away, the busy area with shops and restaurants are very close as well. We stayed in the top floor room with a balcony with sea view. Mornings were nice and warm as the sun was rising with beautiful view. Friendly staff. Swimming pool area nice and clean.

Everything was perfect, the house is beautiful, the rooms extremely clean and the owners very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, we would stay there again :)
