As a sole traveller travelling from Australia. Yianna was amazing dropping me of at the ferry. Booking taxies. I had a lovely stay . My room was amazing looking over the water. It wasn't a bad walk in to town. Must admit got a taxie back as it was all up hill. 5 Euro. Well worth it. Lovely clean . Nice quite .

Each apartment at Helen Hotel is air-conditioned and offers a veranda with magnificent view to the beach and the pine trees around it. It includes a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom with bath and hairdryer. The pool was sensational and the staff bent over backwards to look after us. We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and almost level access as we had requested.

Guests can enjoy their daily swim on the hotel's own private beach. The view from Golden View is absolutely spectacular, as is the private beach. We went to a few other beaches while in Poros, and GV had the clearest water by far. The staff were all top-notch and very kind. We had a room overlooking the sea. I would ask for a sea view room in the 3rd or 4th floor. We've visited several islands with our daughter, and this was our favorite hotel pool as well. Great size, same spectacular view of the sea, full service from bar and restaurant. Regarding the restaurant, we were very impressed with the quality of food and the prices. Both were better than many places in the center of town. You could easily stay at Golden View for your entire stay and be completely satisfied! We will absolutely be back!

Within a 4-minute walk from the port of Poros, Dimitra Hotel is surrounded by a garden and offers rooms with furnished, sea-view balconies. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm and welcoming nature made me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality created a pleasant and memorable stay. The location of the hotel is truly breathtaking. Situated on top of a hill, it offers a stunning view of the bay area. Waking up to this picturesque sight was a delight every morning. The tranquil surroundings provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast served on the top floor of the hotel. The panoramic view of the bay area while enjoying a delicious meal was truly an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail and variety of options available ensured that every morning started on a delightful note.

Situated on a pine-filled hill in Poros, Panorama Apartments is 150 metres from the beach of Askeli. It features self-catered accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony overlooking the Saronic Gulf. Much bigger studio than expected from photos, well equipped kitchenette for simple meals. Clean and comfortable bed, friendly staffed helped with all my enquiries and even did my laundry for free. Beautiful views from the balcony, and Askeli beach is 5 minutes away down the stairs. Bit of a walk into town but manageable and nice to explore.

Exotic cocktails can be enjoyed in a stylish environment in the Lobby Bar, or in the beach bar nearby, which serves snacks as well. We were given a clean room with a beautiful view in an overall very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff and a delicious breakfast. If you want to explore Poros, just be aware that the hotel is a bit out of the way, which may add to its charm, but can also mean you have to walk longer distances. We simply rented a scooter and had a wonderful time finding places off the map.
