The restaurant was exquisite, the dinner was one of the best we've had in a while. It was great have a private access to the village with a beautiful view ok the Vikos Gorge. The SPA facilities were ideal and the massage a nice surprise. We will be back.

Grand Serai Congress and Spa rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and a TV. . We were greeted at the reception by the kind and helpful Maria. We were upgraded to a deluxe room without asking, a large and luxurious room with 2 wide balconies, great view to the lake. The hotel is clean and well equipped, an excellent pool, a very good breakfast with a large and delicious selection.

The hotel is in the center of city - you can go almost anywhere on foot. The room was very comfortable with a very nice view to the lake . The breakfast was very tasty. There is also a roof garden bar restaurant with very nice food and views. If I come to Ioannina again I will stay in Saz hotel for sure!!!
