Friendly staff - excellent restaurant, one of the best breakfast we ever had on Crete. I recommend the place - it is the end of the world but it's worth it!

The view from our room was fantastic, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the hotel's restaurant is perfect. One of the best things is a free shuttle to the Chania center where it is very problematic and expensive to find a parking, so we've used this service almost every evening!

We could not fault the hotel The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was excellent and the hotel was very clean.

Everything, this is a magical place to stay. Recommend with all my heart. Lovely staff, room super nice, the sea view just amazing. Lived in 203 room . And Agios Nicolaos is worth stay more then couple of days, spent there 4 and would stay more!

Location was perfect and easy walk around the old town. The staff were awesome and very focused on ensuring we had a great stay. They had excellent recommendations for local restaurants.

Room was comfortable, but walls between rooms were quite thin, so we could hear tv from neighbor room. Breakfast was taste with multiple food choice.
