Need more wait staff at peak times. Good range of food and well set out. Even though the staff were very busy they were still able to smile and provide excellent service

The spacious rooms are elegantly decorated, and feature ample work space and a large en suite bathroom. Rooms also offer interactive TVs with free music and a mini-kitchen with a filtered water tap, microwave, refrigerator and crockery. Excellent, no issues. Room was nice, bed was comfortable and did what it said on the tin.

All double rooms have baths with showers. Location just off from the lovely Crosby Beach. Room was in front of hotel overlooking waterfront. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Character of hotel and ease to move around. Breakfast was exceptional, well done Chef 👍

I thought this property was a fantastic location. It is so clean. The staff are so friendly and so helpful and kind near everything I would give this property 10 out of 10 top class. Can’t wait to go back again.
