You can walk to the city centre or take a bus. The bed is super comfortable (best one we had). The room is well decorated and big enough. And the staff is very friendly and professional. Go the pub next door, you won't be disappointed :) In short: we loved it.

There is a A Smart TV in each apartment’s cosy living room. A dishwasher, washing machine and microwave are provided in each modern fully-fitted kitchen. Good location, clean appartment and had everything for a stay to be comfortable. It was a little tight for four people with big luggage but still very comfortable. Room service would come daily, that was very nice touch.

It is situated on the West End of Princes Street, with views of Edinburgh Castle. Our suite was spacious, well decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen, since we preferred to stay in sometime. We could always get helped by the staff if we needed anything. The location is unbeatable - in the heart of the city and close to all main attractions, restaurants, shops etc.

It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, only 1 mile away from the castle and Princess Str. A bus station is less than two minutes walk from the hotel. They serve a fantastic cooked breakfast. They give you the option to choose from five different plates. The owners - Kevin and Susan - make you feel at home. You go there as a guest, and you leave as a friend.

I have loved absolutely everything about this hotel: Amazing staff, gorgeous room with comfy beds and bathroom with proper heating, absolutely perfect breakfast, beautiful decor - I could not find a single flaw and could not have asked for a better hotel.
