The house is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean, aesthetically pleasing and in close proximity to the beautiful town of Swanage. Sarah provided a beautiful continental breakfast offering a wide variety along with freshly ground coffee. Overlooking Weymouth Bay, No. 98 Boutique Hotel is a newly refurbished Grade II listed Georgian townhouse with free WiFi access. All rooms include a TV as well as an ensuite shower room, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer and complimentary tea and coffee/refreshment tray. All rooms have crisp white bed linen and fluffy white towels and have been refurbished in blue and green accents which beautifully reflect the seascape directly beyond our front door. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge and luggage storage. From the property Nothe Fort is a 9-minute journey on foot and Weymouth Sealife Park is 1.2 miles away. Portland Bill Lighthouse is a 24-minute journey by car. The train station is a two minute walk. This is our guests' favourite part of Weymouth, according to independent reviews. Nice location with a lovely view!

Guests can also relax in the shared lounge area. Old world character. Simon was a friendly chap during our stay. Even accommodating though we arrived after check in time. Breakfast was great too. We enjoyed our time so we extended our stay another night.

On Dorset’s Jurassic coast, this stylish bed and breakfast provides free parking and Wi-Fi. The hosts were fantastic and very welcoming and the room and facilities were perfect and so comfortable. Would definitely go back and use them again. The location was spot on perfectly placed for wandering around Swanage.
