The host John contacted us the day before we visited and provided clear information we needed. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean, with a heater in the bathroom so we could dry our clothes. The breakfast was amazing, so many options and was very delicious cooked by John in the morning. He was very friendly and kindly provided us more information about travelling around in the area.

Well located and very comfortable. Andre and Lorraine were so kind and helpful. Lorraine went out of her way to organise an early breakfast so we could get on the road. It was, no exaggeration, the best English breakfast I have ever had.

The property is around 37 km from Corfe Castle, 40 km from Golden Cap and 8.7 km from Portland Castle. Portland Museum is 12 km away and Rufus Castle is 12 km from the guest house. Owners are kind and helpful. The single room was small and had everything I needed, including the hospitality tray with tea, coffee and little milks. There was also a small sponge, dishwashing liquid and a tea towel so I could wash my mug after use and later have another mug or two. Location is very close to the sea. I would recommend using the Esplanade route if you are walking with suitcases as the surface is smooth and it is only a little further to go.

Lovely stay lovely room very comfortable and great sea view room,the breakfast was excellent and Louise is great host lovely lady! Had a Great stay ! Really recommend!!

Overlooking Weymouth Bay, No. 98 Boutique Hotel is a newly refurbished Grade II listed Georgian townhouse with free WiFi access. All rooms include a TV as well as an ensuite shower room, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer and complimentary tea and coffee/refreshment tray. All rooms have crisp white bed linen and fluffy white towels and have been refurbished in blue and green accents which beautifully reflect the seascape directly beyond our front door. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge and luggage storage. From the property Nothe Fort is a 9-minute journey on foot and Weymouth Sealife Park is 1.2 miles away. Portland Bill Lighthouse is a 24-minute journey by car. The train station is a two minute walk. This is our guests' favourite part of Weymouth, according to independent reviews. Beautifully styled, super clean, great breakfast options, and delightful hosts (Suzanne and Derek). Perfect location with inexpensive parking very close by. Would highly recommend all round. Guests can also relax in the shared lounge area. Old world character. Simon was a friendly chap during our stay. Even accommodating though we arrived after check in time. Breakfast was great too. We enjoyed our time so we extended our stay another night.

Beds were very comfortable and location was perfect for eateries and rejoining the coast path the next morning
