There is a small lounge area for guests to relax in. The stay was great. The staff were so attentive nothing was too much effort. Breakfast was good, the porridge was tasty. Close to train station and short 15-20 min walk into city.

Nice quite location Stones throw from a lovely little village with a pub for fine dining Nice out door swimming pool that I would have loved to go in but did not have the time but maybe next time cos I would definitely return.

Sharon the owner went out of her way to help with transport for us due to taxis not being the most reliable. She is very friendly and welcoming and the B&B was very relaxing in its rural setting. Everything you need tea, coffee, towels, toiletries, dressing gown, hair dryer and tv is provided and as we had been dropped off due to car sharing Sharon helped us when we struggled to get a taxi.

In a beautiful, peaceful location, in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, the Bear's Paw has recently undergone a £ 2.5 million renovation. Blending beautifully preserved original features with modern style, the impressive restaurant features reclaimed wooden panelling, French antique oak floors, bookcases and 2 real open fireplaces. Dinner was excellent as they catered for a gluten free meal and it was lovely breakfast also excellent, the room was lovely nice country views from the room, and very comfortable.
