The location close to St Emilion, the ambience, the setting, the beautiful building, the out door dining, swimming pool,in fact everything. Lovely Chateau experience. Probably the best we've ever had in France and we've travelled alot throughout France over the years. Even the parking was so easy and so close. Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff.

You can relax after a surfing session, a hike in the Halles or stunning walks along the Basque Coast. The staff were very friendly, and knew a lot about the area so gave a lot of recommendations. The room was very clean and the facilities were all up to date and comfortable.

Pascale and Alex knew the locality and could recommend places to eat and drink. They were available to cater to all our requests for food and drink after we shared our trip itinerary with them. The other members of the team were great too. The breakfast is brilliant as there is a great choice to start the day. A very organised, efficient, yet homely operation at this property.
