Everything in the property is perfect really i liked everything, they also have a big menu for breakfast really classy place . Except for one thing happened in the breakfast room where the manger there started screaming on me that i sat in a place that i should pay for . I politely smiled and told her if i need to pay i will pay but it’s not a great idea is to start screaming in front of everyone I don’t it was a good stay i loved the hotel but it wasn’t appropriate.

Family friendly hotel, well organised, with impressive view, not far from the beach. Wonderful varied breakfast, healthy menu, smoothies, honey in the comb, homemade yogurt. Even dinner buffet is varied and change every day.

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. Rooms, staff, facilities (spa and gym), breakfast and dinner were excellent. I also booked two massages and both were very good.

Great breakfast and dinner buffets. Staff very friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and clean and rooms were spacious and comfortable! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Perfect location for bike rentals, car rentals, getting to and from the airport by bus! (But to be honest, didn't love the area of El Arenal- very touristy and much nicer areas on the island than here! No fault of the hotel though at all!) Enjoyed the tennis and ping pong too! The spa facilities were amazing as well!
