There is a satellite TV, a living area with kettle and fridge and a bathroom with hairdryer, free toiletries. -excellent breakfast: buffet, and to order options, nice long hours -gastronomic experience in the evening with dinner, very good -pools are heated very well!, big pool is perfect temperature, childrens pool felt like a bath, kids loved it! -we had a family suite, 1 large 2 person bed in the lving room, and 2 bedrooms: 1 with a sofa - sleeper, 1 with a bunkbed, kids loved it, and we liked the division of spaces

Situated 5 minutes' walk from Playa Grande Beach in Puerto del Carmen, the Velázquez Bungalows feature a furnished terrace and some have sea views. The complex offers outdoor pools for adults and children. Fabulous location, lovely little apartments. Our children 2 and 6 loved the pool which was nice and warm. Would recommend and stay again.

Free sun loungers and towels are provided. The hotel is located right on the beach which was so convenient and we didn't need to pay for the beach loungers as the hotel was right there. We booked the high floor suite which had an amazing view and was very spacious. The hotel put accomodated our request and gave us rooms next to each other which was great. Very clean and comfortable with great working Air-con. Live music every evening. The pool was well kept and clean and very aesthetic. It was the nicest smelling hotel I have stayed with nice floral scents everywhere including the bathrooms! We will be back ...

The stay was great. Hotel location, hotel architecture, room layout and equipment, swimming pools, restaurants - all fantastic. The best the hotel has to offer is staff and service, which are excellent.
