We stayed here during our honeymoon, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The staff truly made our stay special. When the wonderful woman at the reception found out we were on our honeymoon, she arranged a lovely wedding cake and a room upgrade for us, which was such a kind and thoughtful surprise. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations for places to eat in the area. The hotel itself is in a great, central location in a safe and secure part of Cairo. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, offering a huge variety of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive, constantly refilling our water, tea, and coffee. We also enjoyed the small pool, which was a nice place to relax and never felt overcrowded. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommended

The Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis is the ideal destination for business travel and leisure escape. Staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. Helped in organizing a surprise anniversary.

We loved it and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Breakfast/coffee on the 3rd floor was really convenient and the staff was lovely there as well.
