Everything went well. The room was very comfortable, the mini-bar was well-stocked, and the food was excellent. The hotel was very beautiful and very spacious, and the halls and lobbies were huge, with plenty of greenery. The room was very quiet (and this is something that I found to be extremely rare, even in luxury hotels). I think this is the best hotel I have ever been to.

It was the best part of my travel to Egypt, the hotel was just better than my expectations even you finds it old but very classy and clean with high quality of furniture. The staff was more than friendly and they tried their best to make sure we are happy and comfortable. The receptionist lady (Sandy) was the right person to welcome the guest and make our staying unforgettable, she helped us without asking for extra charges. The restaurant was good and the food was delicious, the staff was happy to help and served well. Definitely I will come again.
