My husband had already visited the Waldorf in the Maldives, and we were very happy with the experience here in Cairo as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, especially Abdallah (the lifeguard), Esraa, and Maryam, Nourhan,Nour ,who were waitresses at Ayda Restaurant — they were so kind and made our daughter feel very special. The Head Chef was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious — everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The reception team was very helpful, and housekeeping was outstanding. The hotel features a spa, fitness center, and a pool. The rooms are adorned with handcrafted furniture. WONDERFUL VIEW!!! Closer than we expected to the Pyramids. The Indian restaurant was superb. The pool area, very nice and great service all around. VIP lounge was a lovely touch too!

All rooms at The First Residence Cairo feature stylish colonial décor and panoramic city or Nile views. They are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a BOSE entertainment system and a DVD player. The location is perfect, the hotel staff is super friendly and attentive! The rooms are big and very clean. I checked out of the hotel and forgot a significant amount of money in the safety deposit box. I contacted the property and they were able to locate the money, the staff is honest and I really appreciate them being able to help with the situation. Honestly any other hotel would’ve taken the money, but The Four Seasons showed me honestly and loyalty to their clients. THANK YOU!
