There is a salon with a fire place and a bar to relax in the evening. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. They had lots of nice touches for families such as a good assortment of magazines and Duplos. The location was excellent with good parking across the street.

The other staff that passed by were also so friendly. The room was just lovely with a great 50s vibe including all the lamps and furniture, and a very well equipped kitchenette for our short stay. As for the cleanliness of the hotel, it was amazing, as was the very delicious Breakfast. A fabulous and lovely place to stay.

I had birthday and the staff surprised me with a bottle of Sekt and a plate of fruits for breakfast. The breakfast itself was also great, with scrambled eggs, yogurt and a big variety of fruits, cheese, and nuts. The spa area is very relaxing.

But apart from that the staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic experience. Plus you are a hop and a skip away from the beach.

The property is close to several noted attractions, around 1.7 km from Norderney Harbour, 300 metres from the Nordeneyer bathing house and a 4-minute walk from the Norderney Museum of local baths. Very friendly staff (nothing was too much). Location. Clean and tidy. Nice fruit bowl at entrance. My son enjoyed the dragon fruit. Large roof top area. Central lift to all floors. I heard one person complain that their room wasn’t made up at 16:30 but I knew the reason… understaffed. Not their fault as they really were keeping the hotel afloat. They really deserve a bonus for what they achieved. Don’t let this put you off booking as I’m sure a solution will be found. I enjoyed the breakfast.
