Very nice hotel, and the location is awesome. It's literally a minute walk from Provenza but quite enough to have a good night sleep. The staff are very nice and attentive as well.

Pasé un día y una noche maravillosos en este hotel en Guatapé. El paisaje es espectacular, los pájaros cantan alegremente, y el diseño de la casa y el jardín es realmente encantador. The scenery is breathtaking, birds sing cheerfully all around, and the house and garden are beautifully designed. But what truly made the experience special were the people. From the manager to the front desk, the chef, the cleaners, and the gardener — everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The people here are all so wonderful, friendly, and helpful. It’s a beautiful garden with cute little houses, lots of colorful birds flying around, and an amazing view. I wish I could have stayed longer!
