The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. Hotel was really great. Staff were friendly & hospitable. Room was really clean & comfortable & breakfast was great. I’d recommend to anyone & as a solo female traveler, I’d especially recommend.

Hotel Butterfly enjoys a quiet location in the centre of car-free Zermatt, only 250 metres from the Gornergratbahn train station and the ski bus stop. A shared lounge and as free WiFi are available on site. The hotel look beautifull, typicall Swiss with the flower boxes on the window panes. The afternoon tea and cake are a winner. the breakfast is good.

The hotel is located within the main tourist area. Its a very beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and clean. The wellness spa is beyond my expectation. Just wonderful. No words to explain. Its close to the train up the mountain. Its just gorgeous. Worth every penny.

You can relax in the cosy bar, in the sauna, or in the steam bath. The large terrace with deckchairs invites you to enjoy the sun. Amazing view of Matterhorn from our room balcony, room is cozy and warm. The staff help us upgrade the room so we have more big room and balcony. And our room WiFi can’t use the staff help us to solve it and offer us a drink in lobby, that is so nice. Although location is a bit far from station but you can ask them help you book a free cute taxi to hotel and station. The breakfast is very nice too. Definitely will back again!

Free WiFi is available in all areas. We could see the Matterhorn from our room! It looked like most rooms has the view of the Matterhorn. The room was tidy and spacious.

It is possible to relax for free in the sauna, the steam bath, the hot tub and the large pool with 30 °C water temperature and view of the Matterhorn. Located around 28 km from Train station Montreux, the hotel with free WiFi is also 25 km away from Chillon Castle. Certain units at the property feature a balcony with a mountain view. A true family run bed & breakfast experience with the kindest and most helpful staff. The location is amazing with stark breath-taking views of the mountains and valley, tucked away in a peaceful location surrounded by nature and the sound of clean, running water rushing down the mountain. The breakfast was simple but the quality and freshness of the food was amazing. All the other guests were respectful and the facilities were almost spotless, not just the room but also the shared bathrooms and toilets. Truly a gem that exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. Highly recommend this place!
