Hotel Millennium in Locarno is located right on the banks of Lake Maggiore, near the harbour and only a 2-minute walk from the Old Town and the train station. Wi-Fi is available for free in all rooms.... Great breakfast. Beautiful view of the lake. Easy walking distance to main square. Very friendly staff. Room was amazing and large.

Beautiful hilltop B&B with stunning views of Ascona and the lake. A wonderful, large pool. Clean and spacious en suite room, with a fan. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely shrub-filled gardens.

The location is outstanding up on the mountain with an amazing view and extremely calm. Still it was very convenient to travel there by public transport which is included in the tourism tax but you can also have a hike down to the lake if you are looking for some activity. The breakfast was outstanding with a lot of vegetarian and even vegan options. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant in the same building also is a great option if you would like to have dinner close to the accommodation. I would definitely come again and/or recommend staying here!
