Easily accessible Free water refills 24/7 plus an endless supply of free Shorley, local fizzy drinks and sealed bootlegs of sparkling water. The breakfast service was excellent with perfectly cooked eggs and all necessities of international breakfast buffet, not to mention the perfectly baked croissants and other bakeries. The front desk staff are polite and knowledgeable to all enquiries about activities and the hotel facilities. A warm welcome desert and lovely message was to meet us at the room. The coffee and milk was refilled daily. The rooms are spacious with multiple compartments providing privacy to the tenants and beautifully set out with a marvelous view. We were gifted a Local Made Jam jar on check out:) Free parking right outside the hotel, it is close to the bus station and they have their own ski slope! wonderful stay ♥️

The Guarda Sana spa area features a log cabin sauna and a relaxation pool in an ancient hay barn. Beauty treatments and massages are available. Truly, one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. I will be dreaming of this place until our next visit. The staff, room, spa, food, setting, massage, service were ALL remarkable.

Very welcoming staff, which provided so much helpful information and answered all our questions with endless patience. Clean rooms - small but sufficient storage space, also in the bathroom. Extremely comfy beds. The hotel location is both very quiet and central. Bus stop directly in front of the door, walking distance to the lake and the Zauberwald. Breakfast offered everything you need, even Latte Macchiato, fresh fruit salad, veggies.... Only thing we missed were power outlets near the bed or a water kettle, but this is really just a comment on things we personally always make good use of. Thanks for everything!!!!

The location and hotel itself are great, there is a pool and wellness area if that's your thing. The staff are friendly and very professional which makes a nice change. Our room was super comfy and peaceful. The breakfast is very good, eggs are cooked fresh to order too. There is ample parking but be aware of the E-Auto charging. There is one normal Swiss plug socket and two 5 pin sockets in the wall next to three of the parking spaces, which require a special adapter. Not the "normal" charging points. But that's not a big issue. Overall very happy with our stay.
