We arrived at 10:30 AM and were pleasantly surprised to get our room early at no extra charge. The receptionists were friendly and efficient during both check-in and check-out. We even left our bags at the hotel after checking out without any hassle. In our room, we had everything we needed: complete towels, a vanity kit with cotton buds and pads, paper towels, and a range of toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, body and hand lotion, a bathrobe, and slippers. The room was fully equipped with a mini television, a desk with a chair, a coffee table with coffee and tea amenities, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a complimentary bottle of water. The bed sheets were incredibly clean and soft, making for a great night's sleep. We requested dental kits since they weren’t in the room, and the housekeeping staff were always polite and greeted us with a smile. The hotel has four elevators that require a key card for access, which I really appreciated for added safety. The area is also great—close to a commercial center and plenty of fast food restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable amenities, and welcoming service!
