Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people. I really liked the property overall. From the room to the location, the food, and the staff — everything was top-notch. Truly a great experience!

The place is amazing and clean and in a very nice location 24 minutes driving to Interlaken 5 minutes to the lake, the nature around the place is unbelievable especially when looking from the balcony!! The room a little bit too small for 2. The host was very helpful and respectful.
