Cristina - she is a very kind and helpful lady😇 She checked me in even if i arrived before check-in time, and upgraded my room😊 - these are things that take away your travel fatigue, and will make you stay in that hotel again! My room was very comfortable and complete; quiet neighborhood and i love the sound of church bells ringing. Very easy to reach from the Basel train station - take tram 11 and go down at the Universtatpital (Hospital) and walk up a few meters.
