Sky Serra Hotel is set in Gramado, 900 metres from Black Lake Gramado and a 12-minute walk from Mini Mundo. There is a heated pool, a breakfast buffet, and the bed was comfortable. It was a quiet area of Gramado, away from the main streets and noise.

The hotel is located on a quiet street but walking distance from every most of the main attractions in Gramado. The breakfast was good with variety of cakes and fruits,etc which tasted good too. Christmas day breakfast was exceptional. Staff was very very friendly- was so nice to see smiling faces everytime u walk pass the lobby. Also, we got complimentary goodies during check in, for xmas and also during check out! Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a nice location and there is a pretty garden. There is plenty parking space so no need to look around and it is free. The staff were absolutely fantastic and very helpful. The buffet for breakfast was amazing. It is also quiet and tranquil without the noise of the city.
