This place was absolutely beautiful — quiet, relaxing, and the views from the room were unbelievably stunning. It was close to town but far enough from the main road to feel peaceful and secluded. Creuza was incredibly helpful and such a lovely person; we really enjoyed meeting her and staying at the pousada. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Ilha Grande at Aratinga Inn, and especially the cleanliness, kindness of the owner and the home made cakes for breakfast and tea time. The location was great, close to the beach, even if a bit backwards on a little hill. It was absolutely no problem for us, the hill lasted only for 20 30 meters.

Good typical Brazilian breakfast with fruits, natural juices, bread, cheese, ham, cake. Friendly staff, good communication. The rooms are confortable and clean.

Lovely room, lovely view, the staff were all so lovely and friendly. Beautiful breakfast, location was perfect, right on the beach. Very safe, you could still walk on the beach after dark even as a single woman. I certainly wouldn’t do that in central Rio de Janeiro. Ancoradouro was very central to the shops, the many restaurants and bars. It was sooo nice and peaceful and relaxing with plenty to do at the same time!!! Thank you so much
