SPA facilities were everything you need and the hiking trails start just behind the hotel.

This 4-star hotel is situated on a lush, green slope among Velingrad’s surrounding hills. It features a luxury spa with hydrotherapy and ayurvedic treatments and a Finnish sauna. Free WiFi and free parking are provided. Everything was great! The room was very spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. The room was also very warm and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and the dinner was very delicious, with many options for every taste. The spa and the pool was also very nice. Good for a family with small kids.

There are also 9 massage cabinets and 1 cosmetic cabinet. Amazing location near the forest. Very nice spa with everything: outdoor + indoor pool, salt room, sounas, and steam baths. Super comfy relax zone. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Food was delicious also.

The hotel offers full relaxation during the day and have as well night entertainment in a bowling centre and night club – piano bar “Louis” with live music and live performances. We visited the hotel for the first time and were very satisfied. Friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable room and a wonderful spa center. We recommend it.
