Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. A spectacular location and we were able to ski directly to the door of the boot room. Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

The room is good sized, comfortable, spotless and has a view of the beautiful garden. The owners are amazingly kind and welcoming people, and will try their utmost to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was super tasty and fresh, all home made. The house is walking distance from the old town, and has ample parking. The owner speaks excellent English and has wide knowledge regarding attractions and things to do, including hiking and spa locations. Do consult with him. All in all, the best value for money we had during our 4 week travel in Bulgaria so far. Highly recommended!!

It was my second there. The family is really nice, I had breakfast everyday, which was very good. Just what you need before going skiing. It's warm all the time in the house, except during the day, when probably they lower the temps a bit. But after 5 pm until the next morning it's very warm. You can find parking on the streets, it's very quiet, no loud noises, the road was recently renovated.

Clean, warm and tidy family hotel, friendly and helpful hosts, really good breakfast, wonderful view over the whole mountain, parking inside, very close to the center. It felt like home.
