The bed was super comfortable, the shower was pretty nice and the cafe has very good breakfast options. But the part I liked the most was the hosts: Katrien and Alejandro. They were very attentive and always there to answer any question I came up with, and that shows they care about their guests. Would totally recommend staying here!

Starting from the very first email contact before arrival and then during check-in. I was welcomed by the very friendly Bart, who, during our short conversation, picked up on everything I needed and helped me with all of my questions (which is a rarity even in five-star hotels). The room was very original and clean, just like the rest of the hotel. In the morning you are treated to an excellent breakfast and a pleasant, unobtrusive conversation with Bart, who gives you advice on any questions you may have, and the funny parrot Ricky, who, as soon as you sit down at the table, immediately asks for his portion of tomato and then eats it with great appetite, chirping something as a sign of gratitude to Bart :) Bart, thank you so much for your hospitality and enlightening conversations. The hotel owners were so accommodating. The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the church across the road. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We wish we could have stayed longer but we had to leave early in the morning. The lovely owners offered to make us a sandwich to take with us because we couldn't stay for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Just a short walk to the station and into the town. Lots to see.
