The staff were incredibly welcoming and would go out of their way to make your stay a lovely experience. I would particularly like to thank Adnan and Zajda. Nothing was difficult for them to do, being it recommending a good restaurant, making reservations, calling a taxi, or simply having a pleasant chit-chat. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable, and we enjoyed lovely breakfast every morning. We are looking forward to visiting them again very soon. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.
