Situated in Flinders Chase, 11 km from Flinders Chase National Park and 22 km from Admirals Arch, Discovery Parks - Kangaroo Island features accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden with a terrace. Loved it there! Staff was helpfull and cheerful, we had kangaroos visiting our cabin, saw koalas, various birds. You can do some decent food shopping at the reception. Lovely place to enjoy nature!

You arrive to your perfect little beach comber, with a terrace & BBQ in front, a free view to the sea and sheep & kangaroos grazing before the house. The white sandy beach is only 5 minutes walk across the property.
Inside you find all comforts, that a friend would leave you in their holiday home (wine, sauces, S&P, bathrobes, …) with a hotel level cleanliness. .

Offering a terrace and garden view, The Fig Tree B&B is situated in Baudin Beach, 700 metres from Baudin Beach and 10 km from Christmas Cove Marina. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation features a shared kitchen and luggage storage space for guests. Cozy property, very nice location, great service, peaceful and serene with the aura & greenery around. WiFi worked well, had a homely feeling with the hospitality of the owner. Value for the buck. Worth attending.

It is spacious with all convenient amenities, such as cooking and washing facilities, air conditioning, fireplace, bbq, 2 patios, fire pit and a carport. The location is ideal, walking distance to the beach, pier, restaurants and the supermarket. Check in and checkout was easy and we greeted with a nice bottle of wine. It was a perfect stay and had plenty of space for a family. I would definitely recommend.

Owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful getting us settled in, the house was very relaxing, clean and comfortable with lots of furnishings to make it feel homely. Liked that it was a little out of town making it very quiet and private and lovely views of the bay. Local cafes and pub were great for meals. Short trip from the ferry terminal.

The outside fire pit was wonderful. We enjoyed sitting around it with a drink after a hard day sightseeing. It's such a lovely quiet location so you can breath in the relaxation. If outside isn't your thing then there's a fire in the inside/outside area just waiting to be enjoyed along with the sound system and lights while you make a drink at the bar. If we return to KI we'll stay here again and have recommended it to friends.

The staff were very helpful and upgraded our room as it was our wedding anniversary. They then surprised us with champagne - very thoughtful and friendly. We had a lovely view and all our needs were met.

Beautiful location overlooking American River and lovely hosts. Breakfast was included, just wish we had more time to sit and enjoy the fantastic location. There is so much to do on Kangaroo Island we will need to come back to relax and enjoy the hospitality. Just be mindful that dinner options are limited so plan ahead. The venue is going to add a restaurant in the future which will make the stay even better.
