Beautiful lodge. Our hosts, Helen and Manfred were warm and welcoming. Renata and Sanja looked after us really well. The rooms were well appointed. Manfred’s micro-brewed beers were delicious. Great location in the village.

During our spontaneous road trip to Italy, we were in need of a place to spend the night. That's when we stumbled upon this hidden gem and decided to book it. To our delight, the host warmly welcomed us, even though it was already 11 PM. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Situated in a serene and picturesque town, it offered a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of our journey. The stunning Mountain View added an extra touch of beauty to the already idyllic surroundings. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise with its modern design. It was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience. The spread was rich and abundant, prepared with evident care and attention. It felt as though the staff had put their hearts into every dish, leaving us satisfied and ready to take on the day. We fell in love with everything about this hotel and its surroundings, and we are already planning to return for a longer stay in the future. Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were very friendly, attentive and approachable. Superb breakfast and the facilities including swimming pool and sauna were excellent. Great location for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - at the end of the road so no traffic noise, with direct access on to a hiking path and a bus stop with a bus to take you down to the village. The staff at the hotel were lovely, very friendly. The apartment was perfect, clean, warm, well-equipped and modern. Breakfast was great - eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Our dog was very happy too as it is a dog-friendly hotel (and town).

I booked this stay for my wife and daughter while I took my youngest to Europa Park. It was a bit of a gamble because neither had stayed in a spa hotel like this before, so I was a bit worried that they might feel intimidated and not feel able to engage with it to get the full benefit. The welcoming staff are a I think big part of the reason that was a non-issue. The reports back from my wife and daughter were that it could not have been better - the environment, the staff, the food, the room, and facilities including the additional wellness services they purchased - everything was beyond expectation and I thank the staff and the venue for an experience they will remember for a long time!
