The spa was nice and nobody else used it. We really enjoyed everything about our stay

Most rooms have a balcony. Beautiful clean room with a balcony. Very good location. Breakfast and evening meal were outstanding. We hiked the Alderweg trail. This was unexpectidly one of the best hotels in the 2 weeks

Though the is between the highway a river (Railway station on the other side), noise was not disturbing. Rather calm, relaxing place, with lot of sculptures, paintings. Rooms are modern, well equipped. We did not miss air condition. Kids were enthusiastic about the 2 friendly dog of the house laying around the stairs, main entrance... Location: If you have time walk over the wooden bridge , under the train lines and spend some time in the old city. Castle, Coinery (mint) powered by water wheel... Breakfast was delicious.
