Beautiful views can also be enjoyed from the lakeside terrace. Room is cozy and sweet, with wonderful lake view. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great and is quite at night.

Opened in 2015, Das Franzl - Bett & Brot is 800 metres from the shore of Lake Wolfgang, where guests can use a lake access with a sunbathing lawn. A small alpaca farm is also on site, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The place is extremely cozy and built with imagination. I appreciated the book shelves and also the comfortable rooms. Food is delicious and staff extremely kind. The tiny poneys and the alpacas are a nice addition.

Room was huge, spotless, well equipped, comfortable and the most amazing view. The owner Flo (Florian) was attentive, charming and attentive. Breakfast was a feast. Amazing selection and catered to our personal needs. Can't wait to come back in the summer.

Located in the centre of Sankt Gilgen, Hotel-Pension Falkensteiner is 250 metres from the Zwölferhorn Cable Car and 400 metres from Lake Wolfgang. It offers free WiFi and provides bicycles free of charge. A private beach a 20-minute walk away.

Guests can play table tennis and relax in the garden. Free private parking is available on site. The room was very comfortable and especially the heated floors in the bathroom. Lots of space and very clean. The carpets comfortable. Lots of light in the room, it was an excellent breakfast lots of choices

Pension Schlömmer is located 4 km from Sankt Gilgen and has a private beach access to Lake Wolfgang, just 200 metres from the house. It offers for guests a balcony in every room. Guests have panoramic mountain and lake views. Free WiFi is available. Check-in and check-out went smooth and fast. The room and the house in general were neatly clean without any foreign smells. Bed and pillows were super comfy. We haven't slept that well for long time. Perfect location with 5-10 minutes walk to the public beach on the lake, which provided nice view, comfortable entrance to the water, benches. You can easily access all sightseeings in the region by car. Breakfast was the same every day, but delicious. Open buffet was available provided homemade yoghurts, various fresh fruits and berries, including even raspberry and blueberry, boiled eggs, flakes, dried fruits. In addition you get a plate of cheese and ham. Egg dishes could be cooked upon request. We enjoyed the views from a balcony. You get Wolfgangsee card, which gives you discounts for cable car, boat rides, rodelbahn and so on. Would be happy to come back.

Located right on the shore on Lake Wolfgang, Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg is 3.5 km, approximately a 45-minutes walk, from the centre of St. Gilgen. It offers a private beach and a free bicycle and boat rental.

Guests of the Fürberg Hotel can relax in a sauna and a steam bath. Hiking equipment and packed lunches can be provided on request. Free private parking is available on site. I liked everything! The location is amazing, secluded and calm but also has everything you need like food at the restaurant or 5 minutes away by car at any supermarket. I would definitely come again. Friends' groups, however, shall watch out for the showering situation 😂 it is more like a romantic getaway 😉 but I still had lots of fun with my friend there. Ah the Seilbahn is 5 minutes away aaand Hallstaat is about an hour, although I don't recommend leaving the heaven of this place and going to the touristic horror of Hallstaat.
