The staff offered us a welcome drink in the bar and while we were there, they gave us information on open tourist sites, transportation options, gave us a welcome card that covered the cost of all modes of public transportation in Innsbruck, gave us restaurant recommendations and suggestions on hikes and best places to get a view of the city.

Hotel Innsbruck is located at the bank of the Inn River in the heart of the Old Town, 200 metres from Golden Roof, a 5-minute walk away from the Congress Centre and the Nordkettenbahnen Cable Car. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Everything was perfect: the accommodation was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast had a wide and delicious selection. The wellness area was the ideal size for us. We stayed a few nights on weekdays, and it was never crowded — a big advantage is that it’s open 0-24. We arrived early, the staff were very helpful, and we were able to check in earlier as well.
